Each Account to Choose or Type a category

I am testing Ofuz on ofuz.net, when I create a task within a project it gives me preset options to: Choose or Type a category. Is it possible that each account or organization that setups up an ofuz.net or downloads and setups ofuz to be used that way, that each can set their own category list options? I ask as some of the work I do is tech related, more about updates and so on, it would be great to have a place to add/edit these categories.

Ok when we started Ofuz we had that option of add/edit category for each user, but later we made it simple in a way that, by default it will display some category and when the user adds a new task and types a category name which is not already there at the drop down, it will be saved and in the future the newly added category will be listed in the drop down.
